I have resent a new screenshot that shows I used the theme upload not the plugin upload. The only thing I can do with the received .zip file is extract it but that should be done in wordpress after uploading. The file I recieved from you is stationary-bookstore-pro_0.0.1.zip

That is nonsense, how can you see that in the screenshot? You can only see the error message. I used the normal way to upload a new theme. I even downloaded another theme from wordpress.orgh to test it and that went well without any problem.
I have no intention to make a user for you because I will not set open my wordpress install to people I do not know.
Once again, I ask for a refund, before Tuesday July 18 2023 at 1200 CET. If I have not received the refund by then, I will involve paypal.

I have tried several times more, but does not work.
The only option for me now is to ask for a refund.
