The theme you have purchased will always be available on your account registered at our website https://www.themespride.com/my-account/ till it expires. Please go and download the theme and upload it from Appearance -> Themes -> Add New.
Once you successfully installed the theme “TP Setup Wizard” a screen will pop up. If the screen will not pop up you can also go to that location by Appearance -> TP Setup Wizard. Please go and run the demo importer. You will get the same demo that we have shown on our demo page.
If you still facing issues, please make a user for us and send its username and password to support@themespride.com along with the site URL. It will be easier for us to check the issue and assist you accordingly. Also, we have free installation support so can set up the demo for you then you can easily edit the demo as per your needs.
