Every time I activate this plugin, I get a fatal error when I try to edit any pages or posts.

My posts currently cover the whole of the screen and make me cry when I see them, since upgrading to pro.

    What should I do?

    Hello,

I sent the user details via email on Friday (I understand it is the weekend).

I assigned the web designer role, I assume that was created by the theme. can you update me if it doesn’t give you the required access, I don’t know how to check what roles give what rights.

    cheers

    Hi Rebecca,

    Thanks for your patience.

We have logged in but we do not have access to your dashboard. Could you please assign the administrator access then only we can see the themes and plugin?

    Thanks

Thank you, I no longer get the error… but…

The posts are still spread across the whole page on a PC. Before I updated to Pro, when I selected full width, it had the same margins/layout as my pages. Is this intentional?

    Thanks

Because you are using “The Post Grid full width” template, that is the reason the layout is full width.

I have just 3 options, default which includes a column on the right, wlfull width, which I have selected, or wide canvas which is without the menu etc.

So you want full width without sidebar?

Yes. It was full width like the pages pre upgrade. But now the text goes to the edges on the computer.

    Hi,

Choose the “Default Template”. We have disabled the sidebar from the post page, you can check here https://sse.si/grammar-essentials-assessments/.

    Thanks

    Hey,

The layout is back to how it was, but now I have the featured image on top of the screen (along with a post-bar with the author etc), which I never had previously (nor on the other layouts).

I have tried 2 plugins to fix this. One stops the featured image from showing along with the whole post and the other doesn’t work.
