Unable to get homepage Slider to work – building constructor pro theme

I’m having several issues with the building constructor pro them.

1. The slider on the homepage is not working.
2. I can’t edit colors (few exceptions). For example, the topbar background color can’t be change. Even though I put in the correct Hex color code, it “finds” the right color but does not make the change to my site.

As I see you have not run the demo importer. Please Go to Appearance -> Get Started you will see the box “One-Click Demo Content Importer”. Click on the button “Run Importer”. It will import all the demo data like we have on our demo. For more information you can refer the documentation here https://themespride.com/demo/docs/building-constructor-pro/#Demo-content.

The slide is working now. Thanks so much for your help!

Any idea what might be going wrong with changing colors? I’ve tried to change the Global First and the Topbar Background color to HEX #5ecbf4. However, the color change does not appear to be working.

Thank you for your patience. The search issue is fixed now on our demo. If you want we can update this to your site directly. Please make a user for us and send its username and password along with the site Url to support@themespride.com

Also, you can update it by yourself as well. For that, you would need to follow some steps. The updated version is available in your account registered at https://www.themespride.com/my-account/, the updated theme will take some time to reflect in the customer accounts. You can download it and update it on your WordPress. Upload theme from Appearance -> Themes -> Add New. It will show you the message “Theme already exist” with the replace option. Click on the replace option it will update your theme.
