this error only appears on the home page for the elearning pro theme and other pages are just fine

Hi,
We have checked the issue on our theme. We have updated it so that users can add any section with the help of Elementor on the home page as well.
We have sent the theme to your email account that you have used to purchase the theme. Please do the following steps to make your theme updated and enable the content area option.
1. Download the theme.
2. Upload it from Appearance -> Themes -> Add New. As the theme is already installed on your WordPress it will ask you to update and replace. Click on the updated and replace option.
3. Go to Appearance -> Customize-> Theme Settings -> Section Reordering. at the end, you will see the “Content Area” option. Change its position by drag and drop and publish the changes. It will Enable the “Content Area” on the home page.
4. Now go to the “Home” page and edit it with Elementor. Now you can add any section with the help of Elementor. Existing home page content will be edited by the customizer itself.

i’ve attempted to make this purchase last week when i badly needed it as site needed to go live but but i’ve encountered several issues since then with compatibility issues with elementor being the biggest issue
support tickets created were no help either though i noticed other newly created tickets getting support before mine (as seen on your queue)
i’ve not switched to entirely different theme compatible with elementor and with quick support response time
please cancel all pending purchase and issue a full refund. also, the i was going to purchase the theme bundle not the regular one shown in the link sent to me

Have you checked the theme that we have sent to your email id where we have resolved the issue of using Elementor on the home page? Please check it and let us know.
When customers mention some issue with our theme, it will require some time to check and resolve the issue by the technical team if required that is the reason you got a late response.

i’ve now switched to an entirely different theme compatible with elementor and my team has continued building
unfornately, I wont be able to check your fix as this is late and would mean undoing all all of our design works
we won’t be needing the theme any longer please

The poof is not required we just want our customers to use our theme. And if they are having issues they can contact us, Our support team is here to provide them guidance.
Regarding the refund, we do not have any refund policy as it is a digital product. The issue you have mentioned is already fixed.

i will mention again that your theme did not deliver on the expections projected and wasted the team’s productive hours instead…we tried to fix this issue inhouse with different resolution steps but no avail.
we acquired another theme and been using it without issues.
if you want your customers to use your theme, then minimize majot bugs that renders the whole product unsual and if that happens be there on time on time to communicate and offer support.
good if you’ve fixed your theme bug but that does not mean we’ll abandon our current designs and go to ground zero…not like this was a minor bug for crying out loud, a whole landing page was unusable and you expect me to just wait for you for fix? and when did you reply and fixed after 3 whole days!!

i’m not asking for compensation for several billable hours lost and consequences of same on my team with the client, no! im asking for my money back for a product that’s been unusable and will not longer be used…keep my mind my it’s not even up to 2 days since i’ve logged the issue and refund request.
besides there’s money guarantee back for all digital products and yours should not be an exception i mean unless y’all are running a grand scheme here

We have not wasted your valuable time. You have created a ticket about the issue on Saturday (Weekend). And we have responded to you on the next working day (i.e. Yesterday). We discussed the issue and resolved it on the same day. At that time you didn’t mention that you were using another theme (You can check the above messages. ). We have sent you the theme in your email and then you are saying that you are using another theme and want a different design. This is not fair. When you purchased our theme you must have checked our design also.
We have provided what we have shown in our demo nothing different. But now if you want a different design then what can we do about this? But still, if you would like to use our theme in the future then we will be happy to provide support.

i’ve tried to avoid this back and forth by being crysal clear from the get go but you clealy don’t listen to cx feedback nor want to listen one bit…cause if you did, you will not respond antagnozing my experience, that’s insane.
“your issue was created was a weekend” ish was complete bs as i can once again prove to you that another support ticket was created after the 2 i put in and got a response before mine…so please…why have a digital product and not employ more hands to support it to ensure availability? or would you be okay if your domain provider had a major downtime without fix and had no support, for 2 whole days? even if weekend break, why make your product available on weekend for purchase?
there are loop holes in your arguments but major ish is you or the support team clearly do not show empathy in dealing with customer that aside the technical challenges.
i really don’t want the back and forth, all i want is a simple refund going forward (how and why is this so hard??)
i’ve showed you proof we’ve swtiched themes already and most likely will keeping this newly acquired theme…shall i then have paid for nothing?
We are sending this to the sales team. Let’s see how they will respond as your reason for asking refund is not valid.
