Theme not displaying correctly.

I have uploaded the theme and it is not correctly displayed. I have contacted themspride and no one is answering. I’d like to cancel my order.

Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Could you please mention the theme name you have purchased? Once you upload the theme you will need to run the demo importer. If you mention the name we will assist you accordingly.

As you have mentioned you have contacted us earlier. But we haven’t received any of the emails from your ID. Have you contacted us through the contact form?

Hi,

In order to run the demo importer go to Appearance -> About Theme. Click on Demo importer tab and then click on the “Run Importer” It will set all the demo content. You can check here as well https://www.themespride.com/demo/docs/legal-law-consulting-pro/#Demo-content.

I have fallowed the instructions provided but it does not still work!!! It is taking so much time for me to figure this out and it is not working properly. I’d like to get a refund.

The theme is working and a number of customers are already using it. In just one click you will get all the demo content. As it is a digital product we do not have any refund policy. If you are facing an issue you can contact us we will assist you.
