The theme you have purchased will always be available at your account registered at our website https://www.themespride.com/my-account/ till it expires. Please go and download the theme and upload it from Appearance -> Themes -> Add New.
If you still facing issues, please make a user for us and send its username and password at support@themespride.com? It will be easier for us to check the issue and assist you accordingly. Also we have a free installation support so can setup the demo for you then you can easily edit the demo as per your needs.
