Hello,

Ik bought the 65+ theme pack. When I want to install ‘luxury hotels pro’ (or any them for that matter) it says “Incompatible Archive”.
Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,

Sometimes it happens in WordPress, it shows an incompatible Archive error while the theme uploading. What you have to do is, Wherever your zip file is located locally, you can extract the zip (double-click on the file) and then recompress it. Then upload that newly compressed file and it will work.

This has happened to me too. I double clicked on the file but how do I then recompress it?

Right-click on the folder and click “Add to Archive”.

I send you an email with user information. I know how to make a zip file. It just doesnt work…
