    Today I bought a theme via mastercard and unfortunately I can’t find it on wordpress, on my PC or on my email address. What could be the problem?

    Hi,

    Apologize for the issue. Once you have purchased the theme your account has been registered at https://www.themespride.com/my-account/. Login to your account and go to the downloads section, you will get your purchased theme.

    Once you have downloaded the theme upload the theme from Appearance -> Themes.

    If you face any difficulty please contact us here we will assist you accordingly.
