    I purchased an online pharmacy WordPress theme, but it could not be installed. I emailed to inquire about this, but received no response. I decided not to use this theme. I request a refund of the purchase amount.

    You are lying. I inquired 3 times through the contact menu tab, but did not receive any response. Regardless of what you say, I don’t trust your company and service, so I’m asking for a refund. I hope you handle it quickly.
