Hosting : Hostinger

Hello,

on Home page I use the blog section displaying articles in the blog category.

Whenever I update an article, pic or text, this is not refresh on Home Page. Desktop and/or Mobile and not in sync. Sometime it even freezes.

SOmething with the cache? Any tip to refresh home page after having updated articles in blog section?

This is because of the cache. Please check your cache setting or you can check the updated article on the incognito mode of your browser.

OK but sometime on mobile in incognito mode the articles of the blog section do not display at all, or smaller thumbnails, and slider section freezes (does not slide anymore even manually). On desktop sometime caracters fonts (header, menu) are back to default even in incognito mode. This happens back and forth without any system change.

This should not happen. You may have installed some other plugins. Please try deactivating them individually to find which plugin is causing the issue.

If lightspeed plugin is causing the issue then you need to check its documentation,or you can contact them as it is nice plugin, they have lot of users.

Now in incognito mode (desktop) only I do not have the same fonts/size for heading and menu lines, just on Home page, other pages are OK. Also the blog section is not there anymore.

These types of issues should not happen. There must be some nonfiction with the plugin. Try contacting the plugin developer or use some other plugins.

This is what I did. Here the answer :

“The quick font swap is because of how font are loaded. The parameter: display=swap will show the letters with first loaded font until the new font is loaded. This is ok, because text will stay visible.As a performance advices: 1) please reduce the total fonts that are loaded. there are 10fonts + different font weight, style for each.*It happened while I tested it:* in that moment the fonts from google did not load and it showed a default font. Choose 2 max 3 fonts + weight and styles.2) There are scripts added right at begging of . For speed optimization this is recommended to be as down as possible.BUT because GTM need to be in head I suggest you move it down, after CSS style tags. Test both positions and see what is the best position for you.3) try combining CSS and JS, this will reduce the number of requests per page. BUT test the pages very good, not to have errors.Please keep me updated :)”

Nothing I can do by myself.

Yes. Multiple fonts are loaded by our theme so that the user can choose whatever they wish. Regarding the script and GTM, you cannot do it by yourself because GTM code needs to be added in the header, for which you need a developer who will do this. Same for the CSS and JS files, these files only required CSS and JS.

Now I do not see the menu bar nor the blog section… Even in incognito mode.

Sometime it is back but never in incognito mode.
This only happens on the Home Page, the others are ok.
I do not know what to do. Should I preload fonts or something else?

When we load your site it is showing all the sections. If you are still facing issue try different plugin and check if the issue still persist.

I am using LiteSpeed. I contacted their support they told me it’s coming from errors in CSS or JS. Of course if I remove LiteSpeed it’s working well but… no caching anymore. Any recommendation of LiteSpeed parameters for Automotive Theme or another PlugIn tested with?
