Purchased Theme but link to download leads to no file found

hi ! I would like to get a refund. I was ok with the raw technical description and blurry instructions. The small bugs and discrepancy between description and actual theme were OK in the beginning. I understand that you wrote the technical instructions for some theme and tried to adapt it for education theme I purchased. As long as I can fix it with CSS quickly it was OK. However, the warning that comes up about the code in the theme for the LMS, brings to my mind that it is not tested well or not maintained. To make things worse, the support is still not replying on the issue.
I will have to search for another theme for learnPress.

Looking forward to hear from you and resolve the issue amicably.

FYI, I have already filled the issue with PayPall on the topic. They will contact you soon.

In terms and conditions you mention that you provide no refund. Please note, the theme does not correspond the description. there is no way you can test it without full installation. Features are missing and the technical doc for modification refers to non-existing options.
Warning in the code and no support for the last couple of days makes the theme useless.

Mate,
i do appreciate your explanation and your effort. But the theme/instructions are definitely not updated and not well maintained. You fixed the issue with warning, but the theme still installs outdated learnpress. To rub more salt into the wound, so far I have to contact support on every section. You can refer to the support with features missing and issues. There is always something. Please note, that the instructions are not updated for this particular theme even if I point them out. Support is fixing the issues on go with my current site always asking for access to the website, but they do not fix the instructions.
