I completed the full demo setup and it automatically installed the required plugins but I’m still seeing the message, “Please install NGO Organization Pro Posttype plugin”, in my Causes and Team pages. None of the content is displaying on these pages. I saw that Charity Hub Pro Posttype plugin is installed but there is no NGO Organization Pro Posttype plugin. I searched online but couldn’t find the plugin either. Please let me know how I can fix this.

    Hi,

During the demo importer process, it will automatically install the NGO Organization Pro Posttype. Could you please share your site URL?

    Thanks

    Causes

To clarify, during the demo importer process NGO Organization Pro Posttype was not installed. Instead Charity Hub Pro Posttype was installed.

So, I am able to see the Team, Causes, Testimonials sections in the WordPress dashboard. These things are also appearing in the home page. But they don’t appear in the separate pages. I have shared the link for the Causes page.

    Hi,

There is some name mismatch as earlier its name was Charity Hub Pro. We suggest you please update your theme once the theme version is 1.0. All you have to do is update the theme. First, download the theme from https://www.themespride.com/my-account/ and upload it from Appearance -> Themes. Upload the theme it will show you the option of Update and replacing. Click on that and your theme will get updated.

Please try and let us know.

    Thanks

I reuploaded the theme as you suggested and the NGO Organization Pro Posttype plugin was installed. But now for the Team and Causes pages I’m getting a page not found error. https://arivutrust.org/causes/

Go to Settings -> Permalinks set to “Post Name” and click on “Save Changes”.

I looked through the pages and saw that the Causes, Team pages had not been created by the demo importer. What is the procedure to create those pages and link them to the plugin?

Before reinstalling, I had deleted all pages, posts, media, so that I could get a clean reinstall. But looks like that did not work properly. If there is a procedure to do a clean reinstall then please let me know.

    Hi,

If you have already cleaned and want to reinstall then that will be good. If it is already clean go to the Appearance -> TP Setup Wizard and run the demo importer. You will get all the demo importers.

    Thanks
