One-Click Demo Content Importer for construction Hub

Greetings
I recently adquired the construction hub premium theme. Installed the theme, installed the plugins Construction Hub Pro Posttype, and Contact Form 7 as it is suggested on the get started page. Then proceeded to the One-Click Demo Content Importer and click the Run Importer button, but nothing happens. tried several times but no changes. Can you please provide advice on how to succesfully run the demo contennt?

I started customizing the theme and the slider isn’t working, despite it is set to enable and images and texts were added. Can you give me some clues on why it is not working? and how to fix this?
