Hello, trying to customize the ABOUT US section – all the paragraphs are not responsive. Where or how to I change the paragraphs? (for exemple : section small heading – can customize no problem | section main heading – no problem | Section text : no changes are effective
Please advise?

Sorry can you someone please reply. There is definitely something wrong with the customisation of this template. I have double checked the tutorial and I should be able to change the text very easily.
i can even see in the code that’s it’s not customisable. Please advise what’s going on?

Hi,

For section text please try to switch the tab between “Visual” and “Text” publish the changes, then reload the page. Edit again in the “Visual” tab. Please try the above steps and let us know.

When I type in the text section, whether in visual or text, if I switch or not, it doesn’t give me an option to publish. This is the case on all the <p> sections on that theme. Please advise urgently

Buenos días, tengo el mismo problema: intento personalizar la sección ACERCA DE NOSOTROS; todos los párrafos no responden. ¿Dónde o cómo cambio los párrafos? (por ejemplo: encabezado pequeño de la sección: se puede personalizar sin problemas | encabezado principal de la sección: sin problemas | Texto de la sección: los cambios no son efectivos ¿

No funcionan el poder adaptar las plantillas…. sólo permite modificar las cabeceras, pero el interior no permite ninguno

Thanks for providing us with the details. We have logged in to your website. We have changed the text about us and the services it is working. In case it does not allow you to publish the changes then just click anywhere on the customizer. It will enable the publish the changes.

IT STILL DOES NOT ALLOW ANY CHANGES WHERE THE ORIGINAL TEMPLATE TEXT IS PRE-WRITTEN.
THE HEADERS CHANGE THEM WITHOUT PROBLEMS BUT THE SECONDARY TEXT DOES NOT ALLOW IT

It is working fine on our end we have changed so many other texts. Do one thing you can provide us with the text you would like to add with the section name. We will add it for now. Meanwhile, we will test our theme to find the solution.

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to us and sorry for the inconvenience you have faced with our theme.

As you guys were facing issues in editing and publishing the text editor content so we have removed and replaced it with the simple textarea field in all the places. Now you can edit the text by yourself. Please download the theme again from https://www.themespride.com/my-account/ and upload it to your WordPress from Appearance -> Themes. It will show you the message of the theme already exists with the replace option. Click on replace option.
