Courses can be created from the menu “Learnpress” present in the dashboard panel of your WordPress. You can check here as well https://www.themespride.com/demo/docs/elearning-education-pro/#Records.
With the help of the learnpress plugin, customers can pay as well. You need to set up the payment process. Its settings are in Learpress -> Settings -> Payment tab.
