I can’t seem to remove the copyright “Design & Developed by ThemesPride” and also kept having error when i attempt to install the required pre-packaged plugin. Help! I’ve contacted support centre but no response for one week since my first request

Regarding the footer copyright add the below code at Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS

display: none;
}

Also, could you please specify which plugin is showing error with the help of screenshot?

Hi thanks, the code works. the plugin is for fitness-exercise-hub-pro-posttype_0.0.1 , i need to install this additional plug in, in order for some of the templates to work (for eg testimonial)

You can add extension to take screenshot like if you are using windows then you can use awesome screenshot.

And if you are facing difficulty then you can make user for us, send it’s username and password along with the site url at support@themespride.com. We will check it from here and resolve the issue if required.

You can use “Page with left sidebar” page template. This sidebar can be customized from Appearance -> Widgets. Please try and let us know.
