Hello, I purchased your theme and having the following problems, the website is myjjhi.net
1) I can’t find the scroll to top position in the footer section, it’s not in the template
2) why can’t I remove your site link from the template on the footer area
3) Why can’t I edit become an instructor on the header section, it keeps going back to the page in the template, even when I change the web address
4) I can’t find the social media links that’s suppose to go on the header section

Hello, I’ve followed your documentation and the problems still exist that’s why I’ve contacted you. Update, the social media links sections is not working, and the same problems still exist; what is in the sample documentation is not what is in the purchased template, so please do help.

Hello, My order was not canceled because I ordered this template on July 1, 2022, through Paypal with Transaction ID: 947804287E069250S
for $39.00 USD. Please double-check your records. It might be under a different email address too. If you want me to send the receipt, let me know where to send it.

Hi,

As per your query, we are providing you additional CSS to remove site link and instructor button

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS >> Paste the given CSS on it >> Publish.
