I love the look of your Elearning Academy Education theme, but I find it difficult to make many changes, myself. For instance, when adding a category in LearnPress and then using that category in Popular Topics, it used the slug instead of the category name, then when I tried to change one of the categories that came in the pre-populated data, it also changed it to the slug. Do I need to make my changes in the database rather than in the customizer? Where is the pre-populated data coming from? The fields are blank from the start, but the data is showing on the page. Is this a fully customizable theme, or does ThemePride maintain all customization responsibilities? If the latter is the case, I may have purchased from the wrong theme designer. My mistake, I should have done my research.
Also, I see that the forum has over 477 topics, but when I tried to look at the other threads, to see if any threads might be of help to me, I could not access them beyond the first page. Is that my design?
I am sure you have well-designed themes, for someone looking for out-the-box cookie-cutter themes, and I know you offer some customization assistance, but the response times will not work for me.
