Themes not working as expected from the demos. Most of the images from post was not working. And also the the car rental hub post type file i didnt know were to add it because i wasnt able to see documentation

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here.

If you have added the theme successfully then please go to Appearance -> Get Started. Then run the “One click Demo Importer” by clicking on “Run Importer”.

You can upload the car rental hub post type from Plugins -> Add New. If you do not have the plugin you can download it from here https://www.themespride.com/my-account/. You need to login to your account and go to the downloads section.

We are checking the documentation link it will be available for you shortly.

Yes I’ve done it but still not displaying as I expected from the demos and I tried to add the other themes

Installing theme from uploaded file: car-rental-hub-pro-posttype_0.0.1 (1).zip
Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme installation failed.

Please advice me how can I use this other file

Most of the product images is not displaying please help

Hi,

This is the plugin car-rental-hub-pro-posttype_0.0.1 (1).zip. Make sure you are uploading this folder car-rental-hub-pro-posttype_0.0.1.zip. And you need to upload it from Plugins -> Add New.

As we have checked your site, only those images are not showing which we are uploading through WordPress media by the demo importer. The images shown on your demo are shown from the theme directory.

You need to provide permission to upload images from themes and plugins or file extensions are restricted on your server.

It has full permission from the uploads but still not working.
