Can’t open responsive menu

    Hi, i’m using NGO Organization Pro. On mobiles, we can’t open the responsive menu. If i switch the view to mobile and click on the menu, nothing happens. If i switch back to computer or tablet view, i see the menu! It’s the same on mobile devices.

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Please go to Appearance -> Customizer -> Theme Settings -> Responsive Settings and check whether “Responsive Menu Width” is set to 250 or not. If the field is empty then please add “250”. This is the width of the menu which you can increase or decrease.

    PLease try the above and let us know.
