    I installed the free version of this theme and now I want to upload the pro version that I bought. I get an error message that says archive is not compatible. What I read here on the forum is that EVERYONE is having the same error (it doesn’t matter what theme is bought). I unzipped the files and made a new zip file and I try to upload again but that is also not working. What now? I also noticed that this website themespride.com is from 2018 whay don’t you update you’re own website? Please help me out here, otherwise I will have to ask for a refund. The theme should function immediately and now I have to wait for someone that is a waist of time!

    Due to the latest WordPress version zip file stopped working which were created in MacOs or Ubuntu. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/zip-files-created-in-macos-stopped-working-in-wordpress-6-4-3. If you could make a user for us then we will resolve it.
