    I purchased the theme on April 24th and received absolutely nothing on how to get started. No email, no documentation, nothing. How do i get started? Where do i go and what do i do?

    Hi,

    Apologize for the issue. Once you have purchased the theme your account has been registered at https://www.themespride.com/my-account/. Login to your account and go to the downloads section, you will get your purchased theme.

    Once you have downloaded the theme upload the theme from Appearance -> Themes.

    Could you please send us the link of the theme you have purchased so we can send you the documentation.

    If you face any difficulty please contact us here we will assist you accordingly.

    Hi,

    I have started customizing my site via the WordPress admin, but access got denied after a few hours.
    Trying to change the password via the Password Lost link does not work. No email with the possibility
    to change the password is being sent back.

    Access is still denied. Can you please do something about it? Many thanks
