i have double-checked and there is no spammer filter / rules related to that email address, i have also tried using another external email to send to my registered email here and i can see that, so there must be something wrong ( or you or your colleagues just haven’t sent anything to me as you claimed ) with the so-called “already sent emails from you”.
simply put, if you have nothing to hide with the problem of your “premium” theme, just post here the info and detail i need to make it look just the same as the free version.
the worst thing about this so-called “premium” theme is that at the instant when i activate it, it just broke EVERYTHING ! i felt like i have spent my money so wrong that things are not only improving but just dropped to the lowest bottom i have never expected.
i’m not going to waste my time in that theme, just process with my refund and we are done.
