You can do one thing change the hex code with the color you want and add the below code to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS

Now you are uploading from the correct path i.e. Appearance -> Themes. As you have posted an issue regarding our theme so we have tested it. And see we got no error during theme installation https://tinyurl.com/2kxhqbkc https://tinyurl.com/2mm863b2. So the theme is successfully installed.
Now if we look into your WordPress account as it is showing an error on your site then there will be a possibility of less file upload size. There must be some restriction from your server of file upload size. Generally, most hosting servers set the upload size to 2MB, and the free theme gets easily installed, But the premium theme has a large size as it contains demo data along with the images and sometimes videos. Our theme is 8.19MB. You can check the file upload size to your WordPress account as well, go to Media -> Add New at the bottom “Maximum upload file size”. This might be the reason that you are getting such an error and it is a common error in WordPress. If your file upload size is less then you need to increase it to your hosting.

Go to Typography / General Settings and scroll to the bottom you will see the setting Highlight Color First (It will change it globally). Change its color. And for those who are not changing then it can be change by their present in each section.

A number of customers are using our theme then how can we issue a refund for you without checking the actual issue? And about the screenshot, see this screenshot you have sent to us https://tinyurl.com/2ehkmr33. We have highlighted the URL at the top. You can see the action plugin upload. That is why we have said you are uploading through the plugin. If the theme shows error there might be something wrong. Maybe you are uploading the outer folder. Try to extract the folder and upload the inner folder. Theme folder must end with the _version of the theme.

As we have seen in the screenshot you are uploading through plugin upload. Check the url in the screenshot i.e action: plugin-upload.
If you are still facing issues then please make a user for us send it’s username and password along with the site url.
Without checking the issue we cannot issue a refund as this is not in our policy. Make a user for us, we will check the issue and if the issue exists we will solve it.

Thanks for the screenshot. It seems like you are uploading the theme via Plugins -> Add New. Stationary Bookstore Pro is a theme so you need to upload it through Appearance -> Themes -> Add New.

As you guys were facing issues in editing and publishing the text editor content so we have removed and replaced it with the simple textarea field in all the places. Now you can edit the text by yourself. Please download the theme again from https://www.themespride.com/my-account/ and upload it to your WordPress from Appearance -> Themes. It will show you the message of the theme already exists with the replace option. Click on replace option.

Thanks for your patience. We have checked the issue on your site but are unable to find the error behind this. Another point that we have found is when we search for something https://insidearizona.org/search/ it redirects us to the services page. We have checked you have installed a lot of plugins. So another way to find the error is to deactivate plugins one by one and check if the search is working or still having issues. Maybe some plugins conflict with the search and redirect us to the services page?
