we had sent you support requests on the page “https://www.themespride.com/contact/”, but none of the people from “themepride” shows any sign of willing to support. i am just so disappointed at my decision on this purchase.
there is no email sent from themespride, and no related emails in my spam folder either.
if you have sent / replied via email, what’s the “sent-from” or “reply-to” email address ?
or, simply re-send a reply now please.
we have clarified our issues more than once both via email and the contact form, but a week already and no useful solution can be given. please talk in the paypal refund request page instead. i’m not going to waste any more time in this useless forum because all of your replies are just saying “we are replying”.
