I have contacted support twice and not heard back. I can install/activate the theme, but it does not 1) load the demo data and more importantly 2) doesn’t save/publish my customizations e.g. phone number, email, slider. I just keep getting a message that it cannot save (a draft), cannot publish and to try again later. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. I’ve closed/cleared browser. Has anyone encountered this? Please help!
