The categories our services and our sponsors, when viewed on a phone do not keep cycling so you only see the last ones, is there any way of getting them to keep revolving similar to the slider pictures?

If you are saying about this site – https://www.colin-robertson.co.uk/

It is the slider functionality, if you want prev & next arrow so let us, we will do it for you.

For that make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password with the site URL at support@themespride.com

If you are saying about some other site, please provide us site URL so that we can review it.

It is https://www.colin-robertson.co.uk/ but not the slider, it is the “our services” and “our sponsors” if seen on a phone by the time you scroll down, these have both moved to the end and all the phone user sees is on our services is wheel alignment and air conditioning and our sponsors all the see is ukas and the user probably wont know you can slide them back, it would be good if they acted like the slider ie continually revolving.

We will update our theme regarding the issue you are saying, you will get update in your account, then download the updated theme and use it.

We would suggest you to please take backup of your site before updating the theme.

does this mean I will lose all theme content when I change to updated theme?

Also I do not want any blogs on the site but under footer 4 i put 6 pictures and they seem to be able post content

Ok I figured out about the blogs, but still hoping you can tell me how to download the theme and change it without losing the content.

Hi,

No, you won’t lose any content, if you have not hardcoded anything.

Files will be overridden after updating the theme

So we would suggest you to take the backup of the theme and site before updating

We are giving you some easy steps to download the updated theme.

Go to My Account page of our site, login with your details and download the updated theme.

Then login to your FTP or Cpanel. Go to wp-content/themes and upload the zip file you have downloaded. First rename the existing theme folder then extract the newly uploaded theme.

OK I have downloaded the theme and the only change I see using an iPhone is arrows on our services to move back and forward but NO change on our sponsors,
and they don’t seem to keep revolving like the slider images do

The functionality you are saying is not present in our theme for now, if we implement in future updates, we will let you know.
