To change the text, follow the below steps

For Slider Section

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customizing >> Theme Settings >> Slider Settings >> Slider Button Text >> Here you can change slider text “Read More” >> Publish it.

For About Section

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customizing >> Theme Settings >> About Section >> Button Text >> Here you can change about us button text “Read More” >> Publish it.

You have to change “read more” text from slider.php file. Theme folder >> template-parts >> home >> slider.php >> here you will get the code to change read more text.

We would suggest you to take backup of your site before doing changes in the code files.
