    the same issue occurs as the first person , immediately after purchase nothing uploads.

    Hi Carlos! How are you?
    It was the same for me, uploading did not work, updating did not work, the plugins were not right. But the support was good, they did send me the new version of the theme and the plugins. Now everything is working well.
