How do I disable all scrolling animations applied to the template? In scrolling throughout the site, it continues scrolling even after I am done moving the mouse wheel. Please advise any CSS property I can set to remove this. Thank you

It isn’t site specific it is a theme configuration where there is a scrolling animation. Please assist thank you!

I realize that all of the pages are functional, I want to DISABLE the scrolling animation. Through the theme or CSS there is an effect that continues the scroll after you are done scrolling, I want to disable that. Compare the scrolling effect to nearly any other website. Thank you!
