Yes, all our themes can be translated into other languages. The essential files for this purpose are provided with the theme package.

Can I use your theme with other plugin?

Yes, our themes are compatible with third party plugins. We have tested our themes with most of the plugins, but it is not possible to test them with all the plugins available on the internet.

Do you provide documentation?

Yes, we provide thoroughly explained documentation that will help you install, configure and make small changes to the theme.

Do you provide support?

Yes, we provide support for premium themes.

For how long will I get support?

You will get support for one year from the date of purchase of the theme. After one year, your license will expire and you will not be eligible to get our support.

How many times do I have to pay for your theme?

You need to pay only once for the theme. This will make you eligible for our support and regular theme updates for one year. After one year, if you wish to continue getting our support, then you have to pay only for the service charge.

How may I ask a query?

You may ask a query by raising a ticket in support forum. We do not entertain any type of queries asked via platforms other than email.

What is included in the premium membership?

In the premium membership, the buyer is eligible to get dedicated support and regular theme updates for one year from the date of purchase.

What is your refund policy?

As we sell non-tangible and irrevocable digital goods, we do not offer any refund once a theme is purchased. Hence we suggest making a well thought decision before doing any transaction. If you do not receive the email regarding theme download, then you can seek our help from support forum.
